Recently moved into this summer. The neighbors, management and maintenance are amazing!! Also, they have a beautiful pool and open area for kids to play. Bbq area and fun events for everyone to enjoy. Best choice for updated apartments to live in nob hill area and close to schools and shopping!

I Moved in about a month ago and couldn't be more pleased! Rachel, the Property Manager, is an absolute pleasure to deal with and ready to assist with every detail, beginning with the initial visit and showing, to the lease application and the move-in procedure. She is quick to respond to phone messages, emails and texts, following through with efficient professionalism. Arturo, who handles Maintenance, is equally amazing and has gone far above and beyond expectations to resolve issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and his care for the property and the comfort of the residents is commendable. Exceptional Professionalism delivered with a Friendly, Concerned Attitude...what more could you ask?

Rachel and Arturo have been nothing but wonderful in our move-in process. The community here is quiet and secure with gated access for residence. My wife and I couldn't be happier with this being our first home in New Mexico, it definitely adds to positive vibrant vibes we've been met with so far. I highly recommend this place to small families, and people looking for a nice place to live with easy access to most of the what the city has to offer.

I have been a resident for over twenty years, and have dealt with several different management companies. After dealing with a previous rude property manager who could care less about tenant's issues, Rachel has been a breath of fresh air. She is excellent at keeping the residents updated with property issues via email and texts, and has great customer service skills. Rachel has been a delight to work with. Arturo is the most professional, knowledgeable maintenance technician that this complex has employed. He takes pride in his work, and has an excellent work ethic. Both Rachel and Arturo are exceptions to the poor customer service climate that exists these days, and I hope that they both remain at the complex for many years to come.

Two months in and loving our peaceful, beautiful apartment. We appreciate the brand new appliances and flooring combined with the charm, design, and privacy of an older building. All our neighbors are awesome, but Rachel and Arturo are two of the most significant reasons living here is so nice. Both of them are very kind, responsive, and always professional. Really hoping they both stay with this property for a long time as it is easy and comfortable to work with them!

I have been moved in for about two and a half weeks now and it has been great!! The community is securely gated 24/7, surveillance throughout the property, and is in a very centralized location. Rachel is awesome and one best property managers I have dealt with in my years of renting. Leading up to the move I would ask Rachel several questions and she always made sure to respond and she still does. She goes above and beyond to help ensure you are comfortable. All the neighbors seem to be pretty relaxed and to themselves. Carports are well lit at night and multiple cameras attached to the carports. I hope that she will be around the duration of my lease and beyond!

Nob Hill Apartments have a great location and the New Management team seems to be implementing lots of improvements. I really like the location which is walkable to my favorite Grocer-Sprouts and my fave breweries —The Quarter Celtic and High and Dry!. The new management are doing major improvements including a brand new laundry room, new roofs, landscaping, a new picnic area, and new paving. Many of the units interiors are being renovated and there apparently will now be options for “in-suite” stackable laundry set ups.

Updated 12/7/22: We have new management! So far, they have been attentive and on top of any issues that have risen. It's been over a month and so far so good! Updating my review from one star, leaving my old review so others understand why the overall star count is low. ---------------------------- The apartment itself is great. Albert the maintenance man is awesome. The grounds are well kept. Other tenants are respectful of noise etc. However, the management is horrible. Yvonne specifically. Very little communication with tenants about important things. Example. Today, the office and manager knew a plumber was coming and would shut off water usage for HALF the units. NO email or text was sent prior to this action. Nor was any notification sent AFTER the plumber turned off water. When asked about this the general response was "oopsies!". We have tried to email the property owner, thinking we just need to give this feedback. Only to be called back by Yvonne herself. So pretty much she can do and run this place how ever poorly she wants and there is no way to change that. So 1 ⭐ solely because of management.

We just moved in and we love it here. The manager Leanna is very helpful and friendly. I heard the pool goes to 9 feet. These townhouses are tight. You should live here. The maintenance man works hard too

I lived there 2012-2013. We loved it there! I did not like going upstairs with my fatigued body. I loved the storage space under the stairs! How convenient! Large spacious kitchen and bedroom! It was really a nice place. No dishwasher to drive me crazy with mildew! Most of the neighbors were friendly and gave my puppy a lot of love. I loved seeing life there: children, dogs, families, gardens, etc! We moved out because we needed a yard for my dog, John. My ex would love to move back in there!!! Management and maintenence was friendly and helpful too. It is a beautiful nice place to live. And it by my favorite store: Sprouts!!! It is just a short walk around the corner! I really miss being able to walk to Sprouts. If you are at Sprouts, stand on the west end of the store front and look behind the store across the street, and you will see Nob Hill Apartments. That is how close they are!

I have lived in many apartments and non of them have compared to this one. Overall the property is ok, a bit on the old side but it's the staff and residents that make this place feel so homely! All of my neighbors are super nice and strike conversation with me. The manager is a sweet woman who makes even menial tasks seem less like a business necessity, like visiting a friend. Even the maintenance man has been super nice and efficient! I would definitely recommend this place!

Tony and the owner have been very nice to us. We had some problems with a different apartment we were in, and they switched us over to a different one within 24 hours. Any time we have had any issues they have taken care of it.
